3 Products & Pricing

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product images, colors, and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors exactly as they appear on the physical product due to variations in monitor calibration and settings.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of the amount paid, with prior notification to the customer.

Product descriptions, size charts, and fabric details are provided in good faith for guidance purposes. Minor variations in actual products due to the handcrafted or artisanal nature of ethnic wear shall not constitute a defect or grounds for return unless expressly permitted under our Returns Policy.

4 Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or non-serviceable delivery locations.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

For COD orders, full payment must be made to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept a COD order after dispatch may result in restrictions on future COD transactions from your account. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful placement of your order.

5 Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only — actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and the courier partner's operational schedule. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999; standard shipping charges apply on orders below this threshold.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk and title to goods passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure you inspect your order upon receipt and report any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies to us within 48 hours of delivery at vfashion647@gmail.com.

6 Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria after inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and completing our quality check. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, patterns, photographs, videos, and the overall look and feel, is the exclusive property of Vaidehi Fashion and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.
