Placing an order is simple and straightforward. Browse our collection, select your preferred size and color, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. You can pay via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or opt for Cash on Delivery.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact our support team at vfashion647@gmail.com or call +91 79050 18656 immediately. Once the order is shipped, modifications are not possible.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders across India.
Absolutely. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your payment information. We are PCI-DSS compliant and do not store any card details on our servers. Your transactions are completely secure.
Shipping
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express delivery (available at ₹99 extra) takes 1–2 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, so please account for processing time as well.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 is charged. Express delivery is available at ₹99 regardless of order value.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page or call our support team for real-time updates.
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our delivery network to international locations. Please stay tuned for updates by subscribing to our newsletter.
Returns & Exchange
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," select the item you want to return, choose your reason, and schedule a free pickup. Our courier partner will collect the item from your doorstep within 2–3 business days.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For online payments, the amount is credited back to your original payment method. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Yes, exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same product, subject to stock availability. Simply initiate a return and place a new order, or contact our support team and we'll arrange an exchange directly.
Products
We have a detailed size guide available on every product page. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips and comparing with our size chart. If you're between sizes, we suggest going up a size. You can also contact our support team for personalized size recommendations.
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and lighting conditions during photography. If you need clarification about a product's exact color, feel free to contact us.
We use a variety of premium fabrics including pure cotton, cotton blend, georgette, crepe, rayon, and chanderi. Each product listing clearly mentions the fabric composition. We source our fabrics from trusted suppliers to ensure quality and comfort.
Most of our garments are recommended for gentle hand wash or dry clean only to preserve the fabric quality and embroidery. Each product comes with specific care instructions on the label. Avoid wringing or tumble drying embroidered or embellished garments.
