Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
You are required to:
Share clear photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect.
Provide a brief description of the issue and the order ID.
We strongly advise inspecting your package immediately upon delivery and reporting any issues promptly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
Customized or personalized items
Undergarments and intimate wear (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
4. Return & Exchange Procedure

Approval & Instructions: Upon review, our team will confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions or arrange for pickup.
Item Inspection: Once received, the item will be inspected for condition and eligibility.

Exchanges will be dispatched as per standard delivery timelines after item approval.
5. Shipping Costs

All return and exchange shipping costs will be covered by us, regardless of the reason for return.
Whether it’s due to a defect, damage, incorrect item, or a change of mind, we will arrange and bear the cost of return shipping for your convenience.
6. Important Notes
Returns or exchanges without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not comply with our policy.
Returned products that fail quality checks will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
